That's why we respect your privacy and protect it with strong encryption methods, as well as rigorous policies that govern the processing of all data. Personal informations

We collect certain personal data such as your first name, last name and your email address when you register for our services or through the forms made available to you on the site, and obviously the documents that you share within the system.

This data is neither resold nor communicated by Pomelo-Paradigm.

You can modify, correct and update the information you provide directly on the Site.

Cookies

Furthermore, we do not use any cookies or other advertising trackers (pixel, fingerprinting) when you browse the site.

The only technology that can be installed on your computer, called “local storage”, is used to save the browsing parameters (current document and “favicon”) and only for the duration of the session.

You have the option of deleting personal data from "local storage" by deactivating cookies using your browser's toolbar. However, this deactivation may prevent you from accessing certain features of the site.

Statistics & Analysis

Unlike most sites, we do not carry out any statistics or analysis of your content or your activity. We also do not use advertising or traffic analysis services (such as Google Analytics) which would jeopardize your privacy.

The personal data that you communicate is not subject to any disclosure and/or resale to third parties by Pomelo-Paradigm. Your data is encrypted and stored on our servers and is under no circumstances transmitted to external technical service providers.

When you register on PomDoc Pro we ask you for a username, as well as your email address.

Your username is used to be displayed to other users to whom you share your documents.

Your email address is used to send you information regarding the services (new sharing, request for intervention on a document, etc.).

Your content

We will not access, view or listen to your content except to the extent that you provide it to us in connection with service support to (a) respond to support requests (b) detect, prevent or otherwise manage fraud, security or technical issues.


Data security

We implement all necessary security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access and modification, disclosure or destruction. We encrypt communications between your browser and our server using SSL technology. Despite this we cannot guarantee the security of our users' computers or devices and therefore strongly recommend that they use best practices to ensure the security of their systems (e.g. through security upgrades, privacy protection firewall, anti-virus software, fixing devices).

Permission to access
